维库溴胺前处理对琥珀胆碱肌震颤的影响

目的:探讨维库溴胺前处理对消除琥珀胆碱引起的肌震颤的效果。方法:30例全麻病人随机分成3组。Ⅰ组(n=10),琥珀胆碱1.5mg·kg~(-1);Ⅱ组(n=10),维库溴胺7μg·kg~(-1),琥珀胆碱1.5mg·kg~(-1),Ⅲ组(n=10),维库溴胺20μg·kg~(-1),琥珀胆碱1.5mg·kg~(-1)。注射维库溴胺和琥珀胆碱的间隔时间为4min。结果:维库溴胺(20μg·kg~(-1))前处理能基本消除琥珀胆碱引起的肌震颤,小剂量维库溴胺(7μg·kg~(-1))前处理对消除琥珀胆碱引起的肌震颤效果较差,两组对琥珀胆碱的气管插管条件无明显影响。结论:大剂量维库溴胺前处理能消除琥珀胆碱引起的肌震颤。

Effects of Vecuronium Pretreatment on Succinylcholine-induced Fasciculation

Objective: To study the effect of vecuronium pretreatment on fasciculation induced by succinylcholine. Methods: Thirty patients scheduled for surgery under thiopentone-fentaryl anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups.Group Ⅰ ( n = 10) was given an injection of succinylcholine 1. 5mg. Kg"1. Group Ⅱ ( n = 10) was injected with 7 μg · kg-1 of vecuronium before induced anesthesia,after that was injected with l.5mg·kg-1 of succinylcholine,and in group Ⅲ ( n = 10) the applied drugs were same as in group Ⅱ , but the dose of vecuronium was 20 μg · kg-1. The interval of administration between vecuronium and succinylcholine was 4 min.Results:The fasciculation induced by succinylcholine was completely suppressed in all patients with vecuronium in a dose of 20 μg· kg-1. There was little effect of those different doses of vecuronium on intubating condition. Conclusion: More dose of vecuronium can suppress completely succinylcholine - induced fasciculation.
