| 摘 要： | 大学生职业生涯规划教育是一项长期的工程。新生职业生涯规划教育是大学生职业生涯规划教育的起点。文章以医学专业为研究对象，分析了在医学新生中开展职业生涯规划教育的必要性，并阐述了有效开展医学新生职业生涯规划教育的方法与途径。
