幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性上胃肠道疾病血清HP分型观察

目的：探讨幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter Pylori,HP)不同血清分型与慢性上胃肠道疾病的关系。方法：选取126例经胃镜诊断并经胃镜下快速尿素酶检查HP阳性的病例。病例组：反复发作、有典型消化道症状的慢性上胃肠道疾病患者94例；对照组：症状轻微的首诊患者32例；两组均用免疫印迹技术作血清HP分型抗体检测。结果：病例组HPI型有79例（占84．04％），对照组仅2例（占6．25％）（P＜0．01），两组比较有显著差异。结论：HPI型为HP的毒力菌株，它与慢性活动性胃炎、胃十二指肠溃疡及胃癌有密切关系。

The Relationship between Serum Classification of Helicobacter Pylori and Chronic Upper Gastrointestinal Diseases

Objective:To study the relationship between classification of serum H.pylori and chronic upper gastrointestinal diseases(UGD). Methods:126 patients with both HP positive and chronic UGD diagnosed by gastroscopy were elected for studying.HP was detected by rapid urase test. Of those patients,94 with typical chronic symptom were in the tested group(group A)and 32 cases with slight presenting symptom in control group (group B).The serum antibody was detected in each HP-positive patient by immunoblotting to identify the classification of HP.Results:There were 79 cases (84.04%) showing the first classification of HP in group A and only 2 cases(6.25%)of the first classification of HP in group B,with a significant difference(P<0.01)between the two groups.Conclusion:The first classification of H.pylori is the poisonous H.pylori strain.It is correlated closely with the chronic gastritis?gastric and duodenal ulcers and gastric cancer.
