胸苷磷酸化酶在口腔鳞癌中的表达

目的：了解口腔鳞状细胞癌（OSCC）组织中胸苷磷酸化酶（TP）的表达情况，并探讨其与肿瘤发展和转移的关系。方法：40例OSCC和14例正常口腔黏膜作为研究对象，采用免疫组织化学SP法检测TP的表达，并分析其表达与临床指标的关系。结果：OSCC组织中TP的表达高于正常口腔黏膜组（P〈0．05），其阳性表达率分别为65．00％和14．29％；在OSCC中TP的表达Ⅲ～Ⅳ期高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期病例（P〈0．05），淋巴结转移组高于无淋巴结转移组（P〈0．05）。结论：OSCC组织中TP的高表达与肿瘤的发展和转移有关，但具体的机制及其在OSCC预后、治疗中的意义还需进一步的研究。

Expression of Thymidine Phosphorylase in Oral Squamous-cell Carcinoma

Objective： To study the expression of thymidine phosphorylase （TP） in oral squamouscell carcinoma （OSCC）, and its relationships with the development and metastasis of OSCC. Methods： The expression of TP in tissue specimens of 40 cases of human OSCC （ group OSCC） and 14 cases of normal oral mucosa （ group NOM） was detected by using immunohistochemistry SP method, and the relationship between TP and the patients＇ clinical indexes was analyzed. Results： TP positive expression rate in group OSCC （65.00%）was significantly higher than that in group NOM （14.29% ; P 〈 0.05 ）. Expression of TP protein was correlated with TNM stages and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions： The up-expression of TP protein might be involved in the growth and metastasis of OSCC. But the potential mechanism and significance of TP protein in the prognosis and treatment in OSCC need further research.
