2001-2005年潍坊市风疹流行病学特征

目的了解潍坊市风疹流行病学特征,为控制风疹提供科学依据。方法利用麻疹监测系统资料,包括流行病学和实验室监测及主动搜索等资料,分析潍坊市风疹流行病学特征。结果潍坊市2001-2005年报告风疹129例,年平均发病率3.04/10万,春季发病占80.62%,发病呈高度聚集状态,暴发病例占80.62%,9～17岁人群占75.97%。结论2001-2005年潍坊市风疹病例主要发生于暴发疫情,暴发全部来自学校,暴发病例绝大多数未接种过风疹疫苗或接种史不详,易感人群的大量积累,是造成风疹暴发的根本原因;今后应加强在校学生风疹疫苗的免疫接种,加强学校疫情监测,以减少风疹疫情。

Current Epidemiological Situation of Rubella in Weifang During 2001-2005

Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of rubella in Weifang and to provide scientific evidences for controlling rubella. Methods The epidemiological characteristics of rubella were analyzed by using the data of NNDRS (National Notifiable Disease Reported System and Measles Surveillance). Result 129 rubella cases were reported in Weifang during 2001-2005. The annual average incidence was 3.04/100 000.The high incidence period was in spring,which occupied 80.62%(104/129) cases.The incidence was in highly aggregate state. The outbreak cases were 80.62%(104/129). The cases in school children aged 9-17 years was 75.97%.Conclusion The outbreak of rubella in Weifang all comes from school.The outbreak cases almost do not vaccinate rubella vaccine or have not clear history of vaccination.The basic reason of rubella outbreak is generous accumulation of susceptible population.The rubella vaccine immunization of school students should be reinforced in the future.The monitoring of epidemic situation in school should also be strengthened in order to cut down the rubella outbreak.
