小切口修剪刮除术治疗腋臭31例护理体会

目的总结小切口修剪刮除术治疗腋臭的护理方法。方法对31例腋臭患者采用小切口修剪刮除术治疗,术前充分评估患者健康状况,为患者讲解小切口皮下剥离修剪配合局部刮除法治疗腋臭的优点,做好心理护理及术后创面护理。结果31例患者中1例出现皮下血肿,1例出现轻微炎性反应,经处理后,切口愈合良好,余29例患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合。随访3个月,除3例患者的疗效被判定为有效外,其余28例患者均为显效;随访6个月,31例患者效果均满意,无复发。结论采取小切口皮下修剪加局部刮除法治疗腋臭,创伤小,瘢痕形成率低,效果显著,且并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

Nursing Experiences in Treatment of Bromhidrosis by Small Incision Pruning Curettage in 31 Cases

Objective To summarize the nursing methods for bromhidrosis treated with small incision pruning curettage. Methods All 31 patients with bromhidrosis were treated with small incision pruning curettage. Before operation, the health condition of patients was fully assessed, and the patients were informed the advantages of treatment of bromhidrosis by combination of subcutaneous peeling and pruning through a small incision and local curettage. Mental nursing and postoperative wound care were conducted carefully. Results Among the 31 patients, subcutaneous hematoncus and mild inflammatory reaction occurred in one case respectively, which incisions healed well after management; the surgical incisions of the remaining 29 patients were all primary healing. A 3-month follow-up showed a very effective outcome in 28 cases and an effective outcome in 3 cases; a 6-month follow-up found satisfactory results in all of the 31 patients without any recurrence. Conclusion Small incision pruning curettage in the treatment of bromhidrosis features less invasion, low scarring rate, significant effect and less complications, deserving clinical use and promotion.
