摘    要:目的比较在不同肺功能状态人群中用Medikro@SpiroStarUSB便携式肺功能仪与传统JaegerMasterScreenIOS肺功能仪测定的一致性。方法用JaegerMasterScreenIOS肺功能仪与MedikroSpiroStarUSB肺功能仪分别对100例正常肺功能者,阻塞性、限制性和混合性通气功能障碍的患者进行肺功能测定,并用组内相关系数(ICC)和Bland—Altman方法对其中的几个关键参数肺活量(VC)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、FEV。占预计值%(FEV1%pred)、FEV1/FVC]进行分析比较。结果与Jaeger肺功能仪相比,SpiroStar肺功能仪对肺功能关键参数的测量值没有显著偏倚。ICC值分别为0.968、0.970、0.977、0.967、0.938。受试者前后两次测量的各参数的差值绝大部分(94%以上)落在95%的一致性区间内。结论与传统Jaeger肺功能仪相比,SpiroStar肺功能仪对VC、FVC、FEV1、FEV,%pred、FEV1/FVC等肺功能关键参数的测量无显著偏倚,故当无条件在肺功能室进行标准的肺功能试验时,便携式SpiroStar肺功能仪是一个较为理想的替代选择。

Abstract:Objective To compare the consistency of pulmonary function test (PFT) determinations by means of Medikro SpiroStar USB portable spirometry and traditional Jaeger MasterSereen IOS spirometer in people of different pulmonary function status. Methods One hundred people underwent PFT by means of both Medikro SpiroStar USB portable spirometry and traditional Jaeger MasterScreen IOS spirometer, pulmonary function of whom were either normal, or obstructive or restrictive or mixed ventilation dysfunction. Several key parameters (VC, FVC, FEV1, FEV1 % pred, FEV1/FVC) were analyzed and compared by means of in-group correlation coefficient (ICC) and Bland- Altman method. Results Compared with Jaeger spirometer, SpiroStar spirometry had no significant biases of the key pulmonary function parameters. The ICC values were as follows respectively: 0. 968, 0. 970,0. 977,0. 967 and 0. 938. The differences of two tests of the parameters were mostly (over 94%) in the range of 95% consistency interval. Conclusions Compared with traditional Jaeger spirometer, SpiroStar spirometry has no significant biases of the key pulmonary function parameters such as VC, FVC, FEV1, FEV1 %pred and FEV1/FVC. Thus, when the standardized PFT in pulmonary function lab is not available, SpiroStar USB portable spirometry will be a desirable alternative.
