脑卒中患者血清IL-1β、IL-1Ra、IL-1Ra/IL-1β比值的监测及临床意义

目的:研究白细胞介素1β( IL - 1β)、白细胞介素1受体拮抗剂( IL - 1 Ra)以及IL -1 Ra/IL - 1β比值在脑卒中患者血清中的水平变化以及IL- 1β与IL - 1 Ra水平之间的相关关系。方法:用酶联免疫吸附试验检测了5 5例脑梗死患者、48例脑出血患者和60例对照者血清IL - 1β、IL - 1 Ra和IL- 1 Ra/IL - 1β水平。结果:脑梗死组和脑出血组患者血清IL - 1β水平均显著高于正常对照组( P<0 .0 1 ) ;脑梗死组和脑出血组患者血清IL - 1 Ra以及IL - 1 Ra/IL - 1β水平显著低于正常对照组( P<0 .0 1 ) ;脑梗死组和脑出血组患者血清IL- 1β和IL - 1 Ra水平无明显相关性( P>0 .0 5 )。结论:IL - 1β在脑卒中发病过程中可能起着促进作用,而IL - 1 Ra可能起着抑制作用;两者的免疫失调状态可能与脑卒中密切相关;IL - 1 Ra/IL - 1β比值可作为脑卒中病情监测的指标

The clinical significance and measurement of serum IL-1β、IL-1Ra and IL-1Ra/IL-1β ratio in ischemic stroke

Objective: To study the change of serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-1 receptor antagonist(IL-1Ra)and the IL-1Ra/ IL-1β ratio in ischemic stroke, and the relationship between IL-1β and IL-1Ra levels. Methods: The serum levels of IL-1β , IL-1Ra and IL-1Ra/IL-1β ratio were detected in 55 cases of cerebral infarction, 48 cerebral hemorrhage and 60 healthy subjects by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: Compared with the control, the IL-1β level in patients with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage was much higher( P <0.01), but the IL-1Ra level and the IL-1Ra/ IL-1β ratio in patients with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage was much lower( P <0.01). There was no correlation between IL-1β and IL-1Ra levels in patients with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage( P >0.05). Conclusion: The IL-1β might accelerate the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke, but the IL-1Ra might suppress. The immune maladjustment of IL-1β and IL-1Ra might be correlative to ischemic stroke, and the IL-1Ra/ IL-1β ratio might be an available index for the severity of ischemic stroke.
