| 摘 要： | 目的观察正常眼压下小切口白内障手术的疗效。方法将289例白内障手术患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。前者给予眼表麻醉,后者给予球旁浸润麻醉后压迫软化眼球,均统一采用小切口白内障囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术,观察两组患者手术后疗效。结果经统计学检验比较,两组手术前后视力提高幅度及并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论正常眼压下小切口白内障手术安全、快捷、疗效确切,值得推广。
