| 摘 要： | 目的：针对农村地区病例,用腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗卵巢囊肿的成本进行分析比较。方法：采用回顾性研究方法,对我院自2006年1月至2008年5月间71例接受腹腔镜手术和63例接受开腹手术的农村地区来源的卵巢囊肿患者的费用进行分析比较。结果：腹腔镜手术直接医疗费用高于开腹手术（P〈0.0001）,但其术后恢复快,病人的住院时间、病人及家属的误工时间短,直接非医疗费用和间接费用少于开腹手术（P〈0.0001）,两组患者的总费用相比差异无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：针对农村病例,卵巢囊肿的腹腔镜手术成本并不比开腹手术高,值得进一步在农村推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To compare the cost of laparoscopy with that of laparotomy on ovarian cyst in rural ar-eas.Methods：A total of 134 cases of ovarian cyst were reviewed.They were divided into two groups：laparoscopy group and laparotomy group,their expenses were analyzed.Results：The operative cost of laparoscopy group was much higher than that of laparotomy group（P0.05）,the mean hospital stay and delay in work were shorter in la-paroscopy group than those in laparotomy group（P0.05）.The total cost of the two groups was similar（P0.05）.Conclusion：The cost of laparoscopy is not higher than that of laparotomy,but it is worth to be popularized in ru-ral areas. |
