196对不良妊娠史夫妇染色体核型临床分析

目的对196对不良妊娠史夫妇染色体核型进行临床分析,探讨染色体畸变与其表型效应的关系。方法外周血淋巴细胞培养、染色体常规G显带分析。结果196对不良妊娠史夫妇中检出异常染色体核型28例,占受检夫妇的14.28%;其中常染色体结构异常占75.0%;性染色体数目异常占7.15%;性染色体结构异常占17.85%。结论染色体畸变是导致不孕不育、反复自发流产、生育死胎、畸胎的重要因素,对有不良妊娠史的患者应检查夫妻双方的染色体以排除染色体畸变的可能。

Clinical Analysis of Chromosomal Karyotype of 196 Couples with Cacoethic Pregnancy

Objective To analyze chromosome karyotype of 196 couples with cacoethic pregnancy and to inves- tigate the relationship of chromosome aberration and its phenotypic effects. Method The peripheral blood lym- phocyte culture and chromosome analysis of G-banding were undergone. Results 28 cases of abnormal chro- mosome were detected in 196 couples with cacoethic pregnancy（ 14.28% ）. Among them, autosomal structural abnormality accounted for 75.0% ;the number of sex chromosome abnormality acc6unted for 7.15% ;the struc- tural of sex chromosome abnormality accounted for 17.85 %. Conclusions The chromosomal aberration was an important factor leading to infertility, repeated spontaneous abortion, stillbirth monsters. For patients with the history of cacoethic pregnancy, the chromosome of both husband and wife should be determined in order to exclude the possibility of chromosomal aberration.
