药用资源东北延胡索及其近缘植物的显微鉴定

摘    要:对东北延胡索及其近缘植物全叶延胡索、角瓣延胡索3种生药的横切面、粉末进行了显微鉴别.结果表明,三者在下皮厚壁细胞、导管旁薄壁细胞、淀粉粒、草酸钙晶体等方面均有差异.列出了显微鉴别要点检索表供鉴别依据.

Abstract:Corydalis ambigua var.amurensis Maxim.and its nearrelation plants:C.repens Mandl.et Muehld and C.ambigua var.amurensis f.watanabei have mainly been used as Yuan Hu in northeast of China.Because the herbal drugs from the above species are similar to each other,it is difficult to distinguish them.In this paper,the tubers from C.ambigua var.amurensis,C.repens and C.ambigua var.amurensis f.watanabei were studied and described by microscopes in detail.It was found that the difference of phloem parenchyma,vassel parenchyma,starch granules,thick walled parenchyma under epidermis and calcium oxalate were useful for distinguishing the three medicinal plants.A key for the identification of the three drugs was also presented with line drawings.
