| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成的原因及预防护理。方法:对67例关节置换术患者,加强围手术期的健康宣教,保护血管,术后早期活动,康复训练,穿等级弹力袜等措施。结果:67例关节置换术患者,仅1例发生DVT,发生率1.49%。结论:该预防方法能有效降低关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the cause and nursing prevention of deep phlebothrombosis after the operation of joint replacement.Methods :67 patients were treated with the operation of joint replacement,during the amb-operation time,they were educated to enhance the healthy knowledge through healthy propaganda,and their blood vessel was protected,after operation,they were early ambulant,rehabilition training,put on the rank elasticity stockings and so on.Results: Among these patients,only one was stricken by DVT,the formation rate is 1.49%.Conclusion: This prevention method is utility to reduce the formation rate of the deep phlebothrombosis. |
