VEGF、bFGF与Graves病甲状腺组织血管形成的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在Graves病(GD)甲状腺组织中的表达及其与血管形成的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测28例GD甲状腺组织和19例正常甲状腺组织中VEGF、bFGF的表达,抗CD34单克隆抗体显示血管内皮细胞.根据CD34阳性的血管内皮细胞计数测定甲状腺组织内的微血管密度(MVD)。结果:VEGF、bFGF在GD甲状腺组织的表达明显高于在正常甲状腺组织的表达(均P〈0.01),二者的表达与GD甲状腺组织内微血管密度呈正相关(r=0.71,r=0.49,均P〈0.01);VEGF、bFGF在GD甲状腺组织的表达存在相关性(P〈0.05)。结论:VEGF、bFGF与GD患者甲状腺内血管形成有关。

Abstract:Objective:To study the expressions of vascular growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in thyroid tissues of patients with Grave's disease(GD)and their relations to angiogenesis.Methods:The expressions of VEGF and bFGF were studied by immunohistochemistry in 28 GD thyroid tissues and 19 normal thyroid tissues.Microvessel density(MVD)in GD thyroid tissues was calculated through counting endothelial cells immunostained by anti-CD34 antibody.Results:The expressions of VEGF and bFGF in GD thyroid tissues were higher than those in normal thyroid tissues(P<0.01).The expressions of VEGF and bFGF were positively related to MVD in GD thyroid tissues(r=0.71,0.49,P<0.01).VEGF expression was associated with bFGF expression in GD thyroid tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested that VEGF and bFGF have relationships with intrathyroidal angiogenesis in patients with GD.
