不饱和脂肪酸在抗炎症反应中的作用

摘    要:目的探讨不饱和脂肪酸(UFAs)在炎症反应中的预防作用。方法应用大鼠盲肠结扎穿孔法制作炎症反应模型,研究UFAs对动物细胞膜的影响。结果UFAs明显降低炎症动物磷脂酶A2(PLA2)的活力(P<0.05),恢复膜磷脂(PL)成分和花生四烯酸(AA)含量(P<0.01),降低膜脂相变温度(T),增加膜脂流动性(P<0.01)。UFAs减少炎症动物血浆及细胞培养液中的炎性介质(P<0.01),减轻自由基对细胞膜的损伤(P<0.05)。结论术前给炎症大鼠口服鱼油能减轻动物的炎症反应,表明UFAs对炎症反应有预防作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the preventive effects of unsaturated fatty acids (UFAs) in inflammatory respones. Method Sepsis were produced in rats by method of cecal ligation and puncture. Effects of UFAs on the animal cell membrane were studied.Results UFAs significantly decreased the activity of phospholipase A 2 ( P <0.05) and restored the composition of membrane phospholipid and contents of arachidonic acid ( P <0.01) in the inflammatory rats. The temperature of phase changes of membrane lipid was reduced and the fluidity of the membrane lipid was increased ( P <0.01). The inflammatory mediators were decreased in plasma and cell culture supernatants ( P <0.01). The oxidative injuries induced by free radical on cell membrane were markedly alleviated ( P <0.05).Conclusion UFAs feeding prior to sepsis could alleviated the animal inflammatory, indicating that UFAs had a preventive effects on inflammatory response.
