Ki-67抗原在胆囊良恶性肿瘤中的表达

Expression of Ki 67 protein in benign and malignant gallbladder neoplasm

Objective\ To observe the expression of Ki 67 protein in benign and gallbladder neoplasm and normal gallbladder tissues and its relation to the tumor stage and grade, therapeutic effects and prognosis.Methods\ The expression of Ki 67 protein in benign and malignant gallbladder neoplasm was comparatively studied by using APAAP method and Ki 67 equivalent antibody, MIB 1. Results\ In gallbladder carcinoma, the expression rate of Ki 67 protein was significantly higher than in benign neoplasm and normal gallbladder tissue ( P <0.05). No correlation was found between the expression rate of Ki 67 and the TNM stages and pathological grades of gallbladder carcinoma.Conclusion\ The expression rate of Ki 67 protein is valuable for the differential diagnosis of gallbladder neoplasm clinically and pathologically. The higher expression of Ki 67 protein is also one of the points showing the higher malignancy of gallbladder carcinoma.
