| 摘 要： | 目的探讨化疗对乳腺癌生理调亡的诱导机制。方法以初发乳腺癌患者为研究对象，24名患者分为2组。化疗组技与5-氟脱氧尿嘧啶（5－DFUR）800mg／天，连续14天，共14例，非化疗组10例，利用末端标记法来检测两组手术前后生理凋亡情况。结果发现经化疗后乳腺癌的生理调亡增加，同化疗前比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论化学药物可以诱导乳腺癌的生理凋亡，并且对肿瘤治疗的途径做了进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the mechanism of apoptosis induction of chemotherapy for breast cancer. Methods Twenty-four cases of primary breast cancer were divided into 2 groups. 14 cases in chemotherapy group were administered 5-DFUR (800 mg/day) for 14 days. The other 10 cases in non-chemotherapygroup served as control group. Apoptosis manifestation was detected by TUNEL methed. Result Postoperative apoptosis of breast cancer was increased significantly as compared with that of prmprative stage (P<0. 05). Conclusion Chemotherapy drug couldd induce the apoptosis of breast cancer. |
