谷氨酰胺对手术病人细胞免疫功能的影响

研究经肠补充谷氨酰胺（Ｇｌｎ）对手术病人细胞免疫功能的影响。方法将１４例手术病人随机分为Ｇｌｎ组（经肠补充Ｇｌｎ）和Ｎｏｎ－Ｇｌｎ组（不补充Ｇｌｎ），观察术后血浆和外周血单个核细胞（ＰＢＭＣ’ｓ）内Ｇｌｎ含量以及ＰＢＭＣ’ｓ免疫功能的变化。结果术后第６天Ｎｏｎ－Ｇｌｎ组血浆Ｇｌｎ水平和ＰＢＭＣ’ｓ内Ｇｌｎ含量明显低于Ｇｌｎ组，补充Ｇｌｎ对术后ＰＢＭＣ’ｓ的Ｔ淋巴细胞增殖反应、白介素２（ＩＬ－２）的生成和细胞膜白介素２受体（ＩＬ－２Ｒ）的表达均有一定的促进作用。结论经肠补充Ｇｌｎ能有效维持术后血浆和ＰＢＭＣ’ｓ内Ｇｌｎ的正常水平，改善ＰＢＭＣ免疫功能。

Effect of glutamine supplcmentation on cellular immunity in surgical patients

ObjeCtive To investigate the effect of glutamine (Gln) supplementation on the immunefunctions of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC' s) in surgical patients. Method Fourteen patientswere randomly divided into a Gln group and a Non-Gln group, fed enterally with or without Gln supplenlentation. Gln levels in plasma and PBMC's and PBMC's immune functions were measured before and after surgical trauma. Result The plasma Gln level and intracellular Gln concentration were much lower in the Non-Glngroup than in the Gln group on the 6th day postoperatively. To a certain extent, Gln supplementation couldelevate T-lymphocyte proliferation response, IL-2 production and IL-2R expression in PBMC's from surgicalpatients. Conclusion Enteral Gln administration could increase Gln content in plasma and subsequentlyPBMC so as to further improve PBMC immune functions after surgical trauma.
