摘    要:目的探讨组织胺(组胺)在神经源性肺水肿(NPE)发病机理中的作用。方法用脑损伤的方法来复制大鼠NPE的模型,分别观察全麻加假手术、全麻加肾上腺摘除、全麻加本海拉明静往加肾上腺摘除等三种不同方法预处理对脑损伤大鼠肺部病理改变的影响。结果全麻加假手术和全麻加肾上腺摘除状态下脑损伤其肺水肿、出血等改变严重,而全麻加本海拉明静注和肾上腺摘除后脑损伤大鼠肺部病变轻。结论肾上腺摘除并不能有效减轻NPE的严重程度,而苯海拉明预先应用加双肾上腺摘除对脑损伤大鼠的肺有明显保护作网,提示组胺参与了NPE致病过程。

Abstract:Objective To study the role of histamine in the mechanism of neurogenic pulmonary edema (NPE). Method APE models were developed by the head trauma method in rats. The effects of three different pretreatments with general anesthesia (GA) plus false operation on adrenal (GA FO), GA plus adrenalectomy (GA A), and GA plus A and benadryl intravenous injection (GA A B) on the pathological changes of lungs in rats following trauma were investigated. Result The pulmonary edema and hemorrhage in both GA FO and GA A groups were much more severe than in normal control and GA A B groups, and the pulmonary changes in BA A B group was mild, just similar to the condition of normal control. Conclusion The pretreatments with GA A B can prevent the head traumatized rats from pulmonary edema and hemorrhage significantly, suggesting That histamine might play an important role in the pathogenesis of NPE.
