摘    要:目的探讨生物降解材料与传统金属材料对骨折愈合影响的差异。方法对实验动物进行骨折愈合连续观察,指标包括:X线表现,大体观察,光镜观察,改良Masson染色,电镜观察。结果生物降解材料对骨折愈合过程中的炎性反应存在持续影响,但在成骨方面生物降解材料组胶原纤维存在有序、走向特点;成熟骨细胞无形态异常,无胞质、胞器异常。结论在骨折固定和骨折愈合范畴内,两种材料能够相媲美。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the difference of biodegradable material, a new kind of material, and conventional metal material in fracture healing. Methods The continuous observation offracture healing was performed on the 32 Wistar mice. The indicators included: rentogenograph, bodyexamination, light microscopic observation, modified Masson staining, and electron microscopic observation. Results The biodegradable material had a continuous influence on the inflammatory reaction inthe process of fracture healing, but the collagenous fiber was characterized by order and orientation inthe osteogenesis in the absorbab1e group and there was no paramorphia of osteocyte. The cytolipin andcell organs were normal. Conclusion Biodegradable material and metal material were good in fracturefixation and fracture healing.
