| Abstract: | The strategic alliance is a popular competitive model and business philosophy today. On the basis of analysing the model of hospital reconstitution in the reform of medical services system, this paper introduces the advantage of the strategic alliance. Therefore, a new idea of establishing a strategic alliance is put forward to deepen the reform of hospital, and construct the core competitiveness in hospital. |
