| 摘 要： | 胰岛素抵抗是多种疾病特别是糖尿病及心血管疾病的共同危险因素。近年来胰岛素抵抗对糖尿病肾病、肥胖相关性肾脏疾病的影响受到广泛重视。本文就胰岛素抵抗相关肾脏病的发病机制及如何逆转胰岛素抵抗简要综述。

| Abstract: | Insulin resistance is the common risk factor of diverse disease,especially for diabetes and cardiovascular disease. In recent years, the effect of insulin resistance on diabetic nephropathy obesity-associated renal disease has received widespread attention. This article will review something about the pathogenesis of resistance-associated renal disease and how to reverse insulin resistance. |
