摘    要:目的:观察厚朴酚对小鼠小肠平滑肌运动的影响。方法:将NIH小鼠随机分为6组,用阿托品和大黄制作不同功能状态动物模型,用炭末推进率测量药物对小肠运动的作用。结果:厚朴酚明显降低肠功能亢进小鼠小肠炭末推进率(P<0.05),而对肠功能低下小鼠明显提高小肠炭末推进率(P<0.05);对正常小鼠小肠炭末推进率无明显影响(P>0.10)。结论:厚朴酚对不同功能状态小鼠小肠平滑肌具有双向调节作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of magnolol on small intestinal propulsive function in different rat models.Methods: NIH rats were divided into 6 groups randomly,the small intestinal propulsive function were measured with the propulsion rate of charcoal power.Results: In rat models of Dahuang (a kind of traditional Chinese herbs) the propulsion rate of charcoal power was lower than that of control groups.But in the rat models of atropine,the propulsion rate of charcoal power was higher.Conclusion: Magnolol has dual control action on the propulsive function of smooth muscles in small intestines.
