| 摘 要： | 目的分析总结CT定向锥颅碎吸术治疗高血压脑出血的临床诊断及治疗等问题。方法回顾我科自2002年11月以来应用CT定向锥颅碎吸术或颅骨钻孔碎吸术，结合治疗高血压脑出血患者42例的临床资料。结果成活35例，成功率83．3％，与内科保守治疗高血压脑出血相比效果显著，减轻后遗症，降低死亡率，缩短住院时间。结论该方法操作简便、创伤小、效果好，是一种有效的治疗手段。
