超声促进中药透皮的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究中药马钱子液在同功力不同时间的超声波作用下透过生物膜(小白鼠皮)量的变化。方法:将中药马钱子液置于塑料杯中(扩散池),中间放置用新鲜小白鼠皮制成的透药试管,分成A、B、C、D四组,A、C组作为对照组,B、D组作为超声辐照组,在不同时间内检测试管中的中药含量。实验结束后,分组进行统计分析比较。结果:超声辐照B组、D组与非超声辐照A组、C组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.05),透过小白鼠皮的药量与超声辐照的时间成正比,透皮促进剂氮酮对连续超声下药物透入有加强作用。结论:治疗的超声波能促进大分子物质透过生物膜,透过量的多少与超声的功力成正比。

Abstract:Objective To study the changes of Nux Vomical Curare fluid (Chinese Medicine) permeating biomembrane (small white rat skin) by the use of same amounts and different time of Ultrasonicwave.Methods To place Nux Vomical Cu- rare fluid into plastic bottle (diffuser) and 4 groups (A,B,C,D) test tubes made ofsmall fresh white rat skin,with group A and C being control groups,group B and D being ultrasonic group.Contents of Chinese Medicine were test at different time and statistic analyzed and compared.Results There was significiant difference between ultrasonic groups (B,D) and control groups (A,C) (P<0.05).Dosage permeating skin of small white rat changed proportionately to the length of ultrasonicwave irradiation.Azone (TMTD of permeating skin) strengthened the permeating by the use of continuous ultrasonicwave.Conclu- sion Ultrasonicwave could promote macromolecular matter permeating biomembrane and the permeating contents changed pro- portionately to the amounts of uhrasonicwave.
