摘    要:大鼠腹腔内注射CdCl20.5mgCd^2+/Kg体重,每周三次,共10周。注射CdCl2第4周末,其中一组动物灌胃CCl4900mg/kg体重。结果表明CdCl2+CCl4组动物肝脏损害后肝镉浓度明显低于单纯CdCl2组,同时伴随血镉,肾镉水平显著升高。肝、肾中金属硫蛋白浓度也与相应组织中隔浓度呈类似的变化形式。CdCl2+CCl4组动物尿镉和尿金属硫蛋白浓度均明显高于CdCl2组。这些实验

Abstract:To evaluate the effects of hepatic injury on the distribution of cadmium(Cd) in Cd-exposed rats,the distribution of Cd in the body were observed after carbon tetrachloride induced liver damage in subchronically preexposed cadmium chloride rats. Wistar rats were injected ip with 0. 5mg Cd2 /kg b. w as CdCl2,3times/week ,for up to 10 weeks. At the end of the 4th week,one group of these rats were orally given CCl4 900mg/kg body weight. The hepatic Cd concentrations of CdCl2 CCl4. treated rats was significantly lower than that of only CdCl2 treated rats. On the other hand,there was a concomitant increase of Cd concentrations in the serum and kidney of CdCl2 CCl4 group. Moreover,metallothionein(MT) concentrations in CdCl2 group rats also showed a similar pattern of decrease in the liver and increase in the kidney. Urinary Cd and MT excretions were also increased in the CdCl2 CCl4 group.These results indicate that hepatic injury in Cd-exposed rats can precipitate release of hepatic Cd into the blood and transfer of the released hepatic Cd to the kidney,possibly in the form of Cadmiummetallothionein. It suggests that liver iniury may play a precipitated role in Cadmium-induced nephrotoxicity.
