| 摘 要： | 利用Ｆｕｒａ２－ＡＭ钙荧光指示剂，探讨了茫崖及涞源温石棉在生理钙介质中对肺泡巨噬细胞胞浆游离钙的影响。结果表明，两种温石棉均可致胞浆游离钙浓度明显升高，并且具有时间及剂量依赖关系。在受试剂量范围内，两种温石棉对胞浆游离钙的影响无明显差别。经柠檬酸铝处理后，两种温石棉对胞浆游离钙的干扰作用减弱。

| Abstract: | Effects of Mangai and Laiyuan chrysotile on intracellular calcium of alveolar macrophages were studied in the medium of physiological calcium using a fluorescence calcium indicator(Fura2-AM). The results showed that both kinds of chrysotile could increase the concentrations of calcium in macrophages in time and dose-dependent manner and posed similar effects. Effects of chrysotile treated with aluminium citrate on intracellular calcium got weaker. |
