| 摘 要： | 本研究采用体外和整体实验相结合的方法，观察了溴氰菊酯对大鼠肝脏Ｃａ２＋－ＡＴＰ酶活力的影响，结果表明，溴氰菊酯染毒后，无论是体外还是整体动物实验，均能引起大鼠肝脏Ｃａ２＋－ＡＴＰ酶活力下降，与对照组相比均具有显著性差异（ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１），且存在明显的剂量－效应关系。另外。整体动物实验表明，溴氰菊酯还能使大鼠肝脏磷酸化酶ａ明显升高，与对照组相比差异非常显著（ｐ＜０．０１）。也存在明显的剂量－效应关系。用苯巴比妥诱导组，可有明显减轻的趋势。

| Abstract: | In this paper we obsered the effect of Decamethtin on the activities of Ca2 - ATPase and phosphory A of rat liver in vivo and vitro.The resule indicated that Decamethrin could inhibrted the cactivity of Ca2 - ATPasc,(P<0.05 or 0.01 compard with control)and dose-effect relation was existed.Deamethrin could also increased the activity of phosphory A of rat liver and Phenobartoitalum could against this injury. |
