摘    要:目的:不经分离直接测定多组份物质含量。方法:应用多波长吸收度比值差法原理,根据不同物质具有不同的光谱特性,选择测定波长组合,联立方程,计算有关参数。结果:平均回收率和变异系数分别为(氯霉素、维生素B2、盐酸普鲁卡因):99.75%和0.63%、100.0%和0.52%、99.33%和0.60%。结论:多波长吸收度比值差法适于测定多组份含量,其结果令人满意。

Abstract:Aim To determine the contents of three group matters directly.Methods According to the theory of the absorbance difference spectrophotometry and based on the characters that vary matters have different spectrums,We choose group of determination wavelength and set up equation and count relate parameters.Results The average recoveries of three components(Chloromycetin, Vitamin,Procaine) and RSD were 99.75%,0.63%.100.00%,0.52% and 99.33%,0.60%.Conclusion It is satisfactory that this method is used to determine simultaneously the contents of the mixture with 3 components.
