2005—2011年德州市德城区流动人口结核病发病状况

目的了解山东省德州市德城区2005—2011年流动人口结核病发病状况与分布特点,对德城区流动人口结核病防治工作进行初探。方法对2005—2011年德城区流动人口和常住人口的结核病疫情报告资料进行分析。结果德城区2005—2011年肺结核病病例中,流动人口所占比例由2005年的6.06%(12/198)上升到2011年的33.11%(101/305);流动人口病例登记率由2005年的25.00/10万(12/4.8万)上升到2011的99.02/10万(101/10.2万);流动人口病例增长率明显高于该地人口病例增长率,差异有统计学意义(χ2=98.95,P0.01);流动人口病例发现以因症就诊为主,菌阳病例比重大,男性多于女性,以青壮年为主,体力劳动者多。结论德城区流动人口特殊群体结核病发病明显上升,结核病发现率逐年提高,对流动人口结核病控制应不断加强。

TB incidence of floating population in Decheng District of Dezhou City from 2005-2011

[Objective] To understand the incidence of tuberculosis（TB） and distribution of TB cases among floating population during 2005-2011,and primarily explore the TB control activities in Decheng District of Dezhou City.[Methods]The epidemic report data of TB cases among floating population and local residents in Decheng District during 2005-2011 were analyzed.[Results] Of all TB cases in Decheng District during 2005-2011,the proportion of floating population increased from 6.06%（12/198）in 2005 to 33.11%（101/305） in 2011,the registration rate increased from 25.00/100 000（12/48 000）in 2005 to 99.02/10（101/102 000）;the case growth rate of floating population was significantly higher than that of local residents（χ2=98.95,P0.01）;the floating population cases were characterized by visiting clinic due to symptom,large proportion of sputum positive cases,more male than female,young adults and manual workers as the major.[Conclusion]The TB incidence has significantly increased among floating population in Decheng District.TB detection rate has increased annually,therefore TB control should continue to strengthen among floating population.
