| 摘 要： | 目的：观察并探讨中药复方对冠心病治疗性血管新生的作用。方法：选择实验用大鼠30只作为本次实验对象,将大鼠随机分为观察1组、观察2组与对照组3组,每组10只。观察1组作为中药组,观察2组为贝复济组,对照组为空白组。作大鼠心肌缺血实验模型,术后分别给药,观察3组大鼠EC、CD、VEGF及bFGF表达。结果：观察1组、观察2组大鼠CD与EC分布且与对照组比较,具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;观察1组与观察2组VEGF及bFGF反应与对照组比较,结果具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：中药复方可促进冠心病治疗性血管新生作用,其在临床上的应用还有待于进一步临床验证。

A clinical analysis of treating coronary heart disease therapeutic angiogenesis in TCM medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe and analyze clinical effects of TCM medicine on coronary heart disease therapeutic angiogenesis. Methods：30 rats were randomly divided into the observation group 1 （TCM medicine group）, the observation group 2 （bFGF group） and the control group （blank group）. Myocardial ischemia modes were made, EC,CD, VEGF and bFGF expression of rats in three groups were observed. Results： CD, EC distribution in the observation 1 and the observation 2 has statistically significant compared with the control group （P〈0.05）;the same as VEGF and bFGF reactions （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM medicine can improve the function of coronary heart disease therapeutic angiogenesis, its application needs more examination. |
