自拟化瘤汤治疗子宫肌瘤的临床观察

目的：分析和探讨中医治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法：选择50例子宫肌瘤患者，于月经干净后3d开始口服自拟化瘤汤，3个月为一个疗程，观察子宫肌瘤体积变化及，1盘床症状。结果：治疗1个疗程的50例患者，治愈的40例，治愈率80％，显效6例，显效率12％，无效4例，无效率8％，总有效率92％。结论：自拟化瘤汤口服治疗子宫肌瘤疗效显著，可广泛推广于临床使用。

Clinical observation on treating uterine leiomyoma with the Hualiu decoction

Objective： To analyze clinical effects of TCM medicine on uterine leiomyoma. Methods： 50 patients with uterine leiomyoma were given the Hualiu decoction from the third day after menstruation clean. Results： In 1 course of treatment, 40 cases were cured, for 80%; 6 cases were better, for 12%; 4 cases were invalid, for 8%; the total efficacy was 92%. Conclusion： The Hualiu decoction shows good effects on uterine leiomyoma, was worthy of application.
