逍遥散加味治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变观察

目的：评价逍遥散加味治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变（CSC）的临床疗效。方法：将确诊为CSC的患者97例（97眼）随机分为中医治疗组及对照组。对照组单纯采用西医治疗。治疗组采用逍遥散加味治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率93．87％，对照组总有效率72．91％，两组疗效比较有显著性统计学差异（P〈0．05）。治疗组明显改善症状及体征，缩短病程，减少复发。结论：逍遥散加味治疗CSC有显著疗效，标本兼治。

The Observation on Treating Central Serous Retinopathywith Modified Xiaoyao San

Objective： To evaluate clinical curative effect of modified Xiaoyaosan for central serous retinopathy （CSC）. Methods： 97 patients diagnosed with CSC patients （97 eyes） were randomly divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with only western medicine while the treatment group was treated with modified Xiaoyaosan. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.87% and that of the control group was 72.91%, that the curative effect of two groups had significantly statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. The treatment group had obviously improved conditions, shorter course and less recurrence. Conclusion： Modified Xiaoyaosan has significant curative effect for CSC, and it can treat both principal and secondary aspects of CSC.
