中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法：选择2010-2013年我院儿科收治的支气管哮喘患儿61例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组用中西医结合治疗，对照组单用西医治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率为87．5％，对照组治疗总有效率为55.2％，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01）。结论：中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘比单用西药疗效更佳，是一种理想的方法。

Clinical observation on treating pediatric bronchial asthma in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on pediatric bronchial asthma. Methods： 61 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group from 2010 to 2013. The observation group was given the integrative medicine. Another was given western medicine solo. Clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficacy was 87.5% in the observation group, and 55.2% in another group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine showed better clinical efficacy than western medicine solo, and was an ideal method.
