补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗中风后遗症疗效观察

目的：补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症患者的临床研究。方法：将76例患者随机分为观察组和对照组两组，观察组予补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗，对照组予西药阿司匹林治疗，观察其临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为76.9%，对照组的总有效率为56.8%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症疗效显著。

Clinical observation on treating stroke sequelae with the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus acupuncture

Objective：To study clinical efficacy of the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus acupuncture on stroke sequelae. Methods：76 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group was given the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus acupuncture;another was given aspirin, clinical efficacy in both was observed. Results：The total efficacy was 76.9%in the observation group, and 56.8%in another group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Buyang Huanwu decoction plus acupuncture showed good clinical efficacy.
