针刺配合葛根素对帕金森患者肌僵直的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨针刺配合葛根素治疗帕金森（PD）患者肌僵直的临床疗效。方法：62例PD肌僵直患者随机分为治疗组（32例）和对照组（30例）;治疗组患者在对照组所使用的美多巴治疗基础上配合针刺和葛根素;采用PD评分量表（UPDRS）和UPDRS附表对患者疗效进行评估。结果：治疗组患者治疗后UPDRS评分和UPDRS附表肌僵直评分改善和每日美多巴平均用量减少量均较对照组明显（P〈0.05）。结论：联合针刺和葛根素治疗PD疗效优于单纯使用美多巴,可为今后PD的基础研究和临床治疗提供参考依据。

Clinical observation on muscle stiffness of parkinson by acupuncture and puerarin

Objective： To discuss clinical effect of acupuncture plus puerarin on muscle stiffness of parkinson. Methods： 62 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （32 cases） and the control group （30 cases）; the control group was given madopar, another was given acupuncture plus puerarin more. UPDRS score and UPDRS schedule were adopted to assess the treatment. Results： UPDRS score, UPDRS schedule of muscle stiffness and daily reduced amount of madopar were obviously better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical effects of acupuncture plus puerarin were better than madopar solo; reference and research base on the treatment were provided for treating PD in clinic.
