中药灌肠配合血液透析治疗尿毒症30例效果观察

目的：探讨分析中药灌肠配合血液透析治疗尿毒症的临床效果。方法：选择我院2013年1月-2013年12月收治的尿毒症患者60例，根据治疗方法分为观察组和对照组两组，每组30例，对照组采用单纯透析治疗，观察组在透析治疗的基础上联合中药灌肠治疗。结果：经过治疗，观察组胃纳、尿量及精神状况均显著优于对照组，观察组排便改善96.67%，显著优于对照组56.67%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组透析间隔天数（8.6±1.8）d，显著长于对照组（5.1±1.6）d，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组残余肾功能显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：尿毒症患者采用中药灌肠配合血液透析治疗，在不影响透析治疗效果的前提下，可以显著延长透析时间及患者残余肾功能。

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of uremia with TCM enema plus hemodialysis

Objective：To discuss clinical effects of TCM enema plus hemodialysis on uremia. Methods：60 patients were divided into two groups, 30 cases for each, the control was given hemodialysis, while the observation was given TCM enema more. Results：After treatment, appetite, urine output and mental condition in the observation were better;defecation improvement in the observation was 96.67%, obvious better than 56.67% in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the difference of BUN, SCr, CCr, Kt/V, TACurea in two groups was no statistically significant （P〈0.05）;dialysis days in the observation was （8.6±1.8）d, obviously longer than （5.1±1.6）d in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; residual renal function in the observation was better with statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM enema plus hemodialysis can prolong dialysis time and improve residual renal function depending on no effects on dialysis.
