| 摘 要： | 目的：通过临床研究，观察治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿脾肾阳虚型的临床疗效，丰富中医治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的理论和经验，为临床用药提供依据。方法：分析单纯服用西药治疗与西药加温肾活血化湿方治疗对于减少尿蛋白定量的作用，同时对治疗组服用汤剂前后的症状积分进行分析研究。结果：治疗组在中医症状好转及降24h尿蛋白定量方面的疗效明显好于对照组。结论：温肾活血化湿方治疗慢性肾小球肾炎有确切疗效，临床值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：In order to provide reference for clinical medication, and enrich theory and experience of TCM on treating proteinuria in chronic glomerulonephritis, based on observing clinical effects on treating Pishen Yangxu style of proteinuria in chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods： To analyze effects of western medicine and western medicine plus Wenshen Huoxue Huashi recipe on reducing urinary protein excretion, at the same time, clinical efficacy was compared before and after treatment. Results：Clinical symptoms and reduction of 24h urinary protein in the treatment group were improved better than that in the control. Conclusion： The efficacy of Wenshen Huoxue Huashi recipe was confirmed, and was worthy of clinical promotion. |
