中医治疗出血性中风疗效观察

目的：探讨活血化瘀的中医治疗方案在治疗出血性中风上的临床效果。方法：选取我院在2012年-2013年收治的出血性中风患者80例,将其随机分为对照组（40例）和观察组（40例）。对照组实施常规的神经内科治疗方案;观察组在对照组的基础上加入活血化瘀法治疗方案。观察两组患者的治疗效果,以及病症的复发情况。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显大于对照组,复发率低于对照组低,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论：活血化瘀法在治疗出血性中风上,治疗效果明显,恢复后病症的复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating hemorrhagic stroke in TCM

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM program on hemorrhagic stroke. Methods： 80 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group （40 cases） and the control group （40 cases） fi＇om 2012 to 2013. The control group was given conventional neurology therapeutic program; another was given Huoxue Huayu therapy more. Clinical effects and recurrence in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficacy in the observation was obviously higher, the recurrence rate in the observation was lower; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Huoxue Huayu therapy showed better clinical efficacy and low recurrence rate on hemorrhagic stroke, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
