以痛为腧针刺联合中药敷贴法治疗癌性疼痛的疗效观察

目的：对针刺联合中药敷贴法治疗癌性疼痛进行临床评价。方法：将60例中重度癌性疼痛（中医辨证属瘀血停滞型）的患者，随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例）。治疗组采用针刺联合中药敷贴，并根据疼痛强度变化，给予适量吗啡滴定；对照组按照“三阶梯药物止痛法”使用镇痛药物。两组均治疗7d。结果：治疗组临床治愈6例，显效11例，有效12例，无效1例，总有效率96．7％；对照组临床治愈4例，显效15例，有效8例，无效3例，总有效率90．0％。两组疗效比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。治疗后两组爆发痛次数、疼痛评分、等效吗啡耗量比较，治疗组均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：针剌联合中药敷贴法治疗癌性疼痛疗效显著，优于“三阶梯药物止痛法”。

Clinical Observation on Effects of Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Medicine Sticking for Cancer Pain

Objective： To evaluate the effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine sticking on the treatment of cancer pain. Methods： 60 patients with moderate to severe cancer Pain （Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation of blood stasis） were divided into two groups randomly, the treatment group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases）. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine sticking and, according to the pain intensity, given an amount of morphine titration. The control group were treated with analgesic drugs according to the ＂three ladder pain analgesic＂. The treatment period of the two groups was 7 days. Results： the results of the treatment group showed 6 cured cases, 11 markedly effective cases, 12 effective cases and one ineffective case, the total effective rate reaching 96.7%. The results of the control group showed 4 cured cases, 15 markedly effective cases, 8 effective cases and 3 ineffective cases, the total effective rate reaching 90.0% and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） . After the treatment, at the frequency of breakthrough pain, pain score and equivalent morphing consumption, the treatment group was superior to the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine sticking has good effect on the treatment of cancer pain, better than the ＂three ladder pain analgesic＂.
