应用清金化痰汤配合穴位注射法治疗支气管扩张的临床研究

目的：观察清金化痰汤配合穴位注射法治疗支气管扩张临床疗效。方法：60例痰热壅肺型支气管扩张患者，随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组应用支气管扩张常规治疗方法，治疗组在对照组基础上加用清金化痰汤配合穴位注射疗法治疗。通过治疗前后症状、体征、炎症指标的检测做疗效比较。结果：两组证候疗效均有效，治疗组总有效率为89.5%，优啰于对照组；两组治疗前后咯痰、咳嗽、发热、喘息、咯血、湿音、胸痛均有明显改善，且治疗组优于对照组；可有效控制组织感染，且治疗组优于对照组。结论：应用清金化痰汤配合穴位注射法治疗支气管扩取得良好疗效。

Clinical research on treating bronchiectasis with the Qingjin Huatan decoction plus acupoint injection

Objective：To observe effects of the Qingjin Huatan decoction plus acupoint injection on bronchiectasis. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases and the control group of 30 cases. The control group was given conventional treatment, the treatment group was given the Qingjin Huatan decoction plus acupoint injection more. Results：Syndromes in two groups were effective, the total efficacy in the treatment group was 89.5%, better than that in the control group;cough, expectoration, hemoptysis, fever, wheezing, wet rales, chest pain in two groups were significantly improved before and after treatment, and the treatment group was better than control group. All can effectively control the infection of the tissues, and the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion：The Qingjin Huatan decoction plus acupoint injection on bronchiectasis had achieved good effect.
