丹参注射液对SD大鼠非压迫性腰椎间盘退变的实验研究

摘    要:目的:通过观察丹参注射液对大鼠非压迫性髓核突出神经根损伤的组织形态学变化,为进一步探索发掘预防及治疗退变椎间盘,提供新的思路和方法。方法:60只健康SD大鼠随机分成对照组12只,假模组、实验组每组各24只,对假模组和实验组提取退变的髓核组织移植于L4/5神经根背侧,造成大鼠非压迫性髓核突出。实验组予以丹参注射液灌胃。于第15d、30d各组分期处死,分别取 L3~6周围的神经根处理、切片、染色观察神经根组织形态学变化。结果:实验组神经根细胞变化明显,少数神经根细胞空泡变性,细胞水肿减轻,雪旺细胞增多,部分核仁消失。丹参注射液可改善损伤神经根的组织形态病理学改变。结论:丹参注射液可减轻非压迫性髓核突出神经根损伤所导致的组织形态病理学改变,改善或抑制炎症反应,对神经根有保护作用。

An experimental study on Salvia injection for non-oppression lumbar disc degeneration in SD rats
Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of Salvia injection on histologic changes of nerve root in jury induced by the non-oppression lumbar disc degeneration in SD rat. To explore some new ideas and methods for prevention and treatment of degenerative disc disease. Methods:60 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:12 rats in the control group, 24 rats in the fake module group and 24 rats in the experimental group. The nucleus pulposus extracted from degenerative discs were transplanted into the L4/5 dorsal nerve root of every rat in the fake module group and experimental group, caused non-compressive nucleus pulposus protrusion in rats. Rats of the experimental group were given a gavage with salvia injection. All rats were sacrificed at the 15th and 30th day respectively. Then the nerve roots around L3~6 of every rat were taken for treatment, section and staining in order to observe the histological changes of nerve roots. Results:Nerve root cells that came from experimental group changed significantly. Few nerve root cells were in vacuoles degeneration, and schwann cells increased, meanwhile, part of the nucleolus disappeared. After Salvia injection, the morphology of the injury nerve roots can be improved. Conclusion:Salvia injection can reduce the oppressive herniated organization form by lessening pathological change degree of the nerve root injury, inhibiting inflammation reaction, which means Salvia injection may repair the nerve root injury.
