血府逐瘀汤合苓桂术甘汤联合西药治疗舒张性心力衰竭32例

目的：观察血府逐瘀汤合苓桂术甘汤联合西药治疗舒张性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：将64例舒张性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组32例，对照组给予常规西药治疗，治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加用中药汤剂血府逐瘀汤合苓桂术甘汤口服，1剂/d，连续服药3周，比较治疗组与对照组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组中显效24例，显效率为75．00％，总有效率为96．88％。对照组中显效16例，显效率50．00％，总有效率为81．25％。治疗组疗效优于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：血府逐瘀汤合苓桂术甘汤联合西药治疗舒张性心力衰竭，疗效确切，且无副作用，值得临床推广。

Treating 32 cases of diastolic heart failure with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction,the Linggui Zhugan decotion plus western medicine

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, the Linggui Zhugan decotion plus western medicine on diastolic heart failure. Methods： 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases for each, the control was given routine western, while the control was given the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and the Linggui Zhugan decotion more. Results： In the treatment, 24 cases were effective, for 75.00%, the total efficacy was 96.88%. In the control, 16 cases were effective, for 50.00%, the total efficacy was 81.25%. Effects in the control were better with a statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, the Linggui Zhugan decotion plus western medicine has good effects with no side reactions, were worthy of promotion.
