安胃饮治疗脾胃虚弱型妊娠恶阻临床疗效观察

目的：观察安胃饮治疗脾胃虚弱型妊娠恶阻的临床疗效。方法：对46例符合诊断标准的患者给予安胃饮治疗。结果：46例患者治愈40例（87％），好转5例（11％），无效1例（2％），总有效率98％。结论：安胃饮治疗脾胃虚弱型妊娠恶阻疗效好，恢复快，值得临床推广应用。

Clinic Observation on Effects ofAnwei Yin for Pregnancy Vomiting of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency

Objective： To observe clinical effects ofAnwei Yin for pregnancy vomiting of spleen and stomach deficiency. Methods： 46 cases that met the diagnostic criteria were given Anwei Yin for treatment. Results： Among the 46 cases, 40 cases （87%） were cured; 5 cases （11%） got improved; 1 （2%） case failed. And the total effective rate was 98%. Conclusion： Anwei Yin shows favorable effect for pregnancy vomiting of spleen and stomach deficiency that worth clinical application.
