摘 要: | 目的:探讨加味参苓白术散对肠功能障碍患者血浆白蛋白的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院2011年2月-2012年12月收治的100例肠功能障碍患者,对于对照组患者给予常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上加用加味参苓白术散,比较两组治疗效果。结果:通过10d治疗,实验组患者治疗的总有效率为92%,对照组患者治疗的总有效率为84%,两组治疗疗效存在明显差异具有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。结论:在治疗肠功能障碍患者时加用加味参苓白术散治疗患者的肠功能障碍具有良好效果。

Effects of Shenling Baizhu San on plasma albumin of patients with bowel dysfunction |

Abstract: | Objective: To study effects of Shenling Baizhu San on plasma albumin of patients with bowel dysfunction. Methods: 100 patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was given routine treatment, while the experimental group was given Shenling Baizhu San more. Results: With 10 days of treatment, the total efficiency in the treatment group (92%) was significantly better than that (84%) in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Clinical efficacy of Shenling Baizhu San was confirmed. |
