中西医结合治疗青春期功血的临床效果观察

目的：探讨中西医结合的方法治疗青春期功血的-临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考意见。方法：将来院就诊并确诊为青春期功血的患者160例平均分为两组,即治疗组和观察组,观察组患者给予单纯的西医治疗,治疗组在给予合适的西医治疗的同时给相关的中药辅助治疗。3个月后观察治疗效果并记录分析。结果：治疗后患者激素水平均有所改善,治疗组患者有41例痊愈,痊愈率达51．25％,总有效率高达91．25％,效果显著。对照组痊愈31例,痊愈率为38．75％,总有效率为72．50％。两组比较,P〈O．05,有统计学意义。结论：中西医结合治疗青春期功血相对于单纯西医治疗效果更显著,可为临床治疗提供参考。

Clinical observation on treating adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding in the integrative medicine

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of the integrative medicine on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding to provide reference for clinic. Methods： 160 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the observation group, the observation group was given western medicine, while the treatment group was given TCM medicine more. With 3 months of treatment, clinical efficacy was observed and analyzed. Results： The level of hormone was improved after treatment. In the treatment group, 41 cases （51.25%） were cured and the curative rate was 91.25%. While in the control group, 31 cases （38.75%） were cured and the total efficiency was 72.50%. The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine was confirmed, and provides reference for clinic.
