芒针条口穴直刺深透承山穴治疗肩周炎的疗效观察

目的：观察运用芒针选条口穴直刺深透刺承山穴和常规针刺治疗肩周炎的疗效差异。方法：将90例肩周炎患者随机分为常规针刺组和芒针条口穴直刺深透承山穴组（芒针组），每组45例。常规针刺组均采用毫针针刺，取穴：肩髑、膈俞、肩骼、臂膈、压痛点、肩贞、曲池、合谷、肩井、天宗，巨骨等穴，随证加减。芒针组让病人取坐位，两腿屈成直角，取患肢同侧从条口穴进针，直刺深透承山穴，进针后频频捻转，边捻针边令病人抬起肩部，并活动患肢，动作由慢到快，用力不宜过猛，然后留针20min，留针期间嘱患者继续活动患肢，20min后可随证取穴行常规针刺，取穴同常规针刺组。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：常规针刺组：显效22例，有效18例，总有效率为89％，芒针组：显效31例，有效11例，总有效率为93％，两组患者治疗效果差异显著（P〈0．05），具有统计学意义。结论：芒针条口穴直刺深透承山穴治疗肩周炎优于常规针刺治疗。

Curative observation on treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis by elongated needling at Tiaokou deep into the acupoint Chengshan

Objective： To observe the curative effect of the treatment of elongated needle point Tiaokou into the deep needling Chengshan acupoint and conventional acupuncture treatment on periarthritis. Methods： 90 cases with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into a routine acupuncture group and an elongated Needle Point Tiaokou into deep Chengshan acupuncture point group （elongated needle group）, 45 cases in each group. Patients in the routine acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture, acupoints： Jianyu, Naoshu, Jianliao, tenderness, Jianzhen, Quchi, Hegu, Jianjing, Tianzong,Jugu. In the elongatedneedle group, patients took seats, legs bent at right angles, the limb ipsilateral from Tiaokou acupoint needling, into the deep Chengshan acupuncture point, the needle frequently after twisting, while acupuncture side the patient raised his shoulder, and activities of the limbs, motion from slow to fast, force should not be too fierce, and then the needle 20 minutes, the patients were asked to continue activities during limb, after 20 minutes with the card points for routine acupuncture, acupuncture and routine acupuncture group. Therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results： The routine acupuncture group： 22 cases were markedly effective, 18 cases effective, the total effective rate was 89%; the elongatedneedle group： 31 cases were excellently effective, 11 cases effective and the total effective rate was 93%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion： The efficacy of elongatedneedle point Tiaokou into deep Chengshan acupuncture point treatment of oeriarthritis of shoulder is better than that of routine acupuncture treatment.
