社区高血压中医药综合干预分组管理的疗效观察

目的：对社区高血压患者分组进行中医药综合干预，并对干预后的疗效进行观察评价。方法：采用随机抽样的方法，选取分组管理的高血压患者稳定组、好转组、重点组各50例，进行中医宣教、耳穴压豆、中药药茶综合干预，观察干预前后临床症状和血压变化，评价临床疗效。结果：①临床症状疗效总有效率比较，稳定组、好转组、重点组分别为80％：82％：79．59％。三组症状积分干预前后比较均有明显改善（P〈O．01）；②降压疗效比较，总有效率稳定组、好转组、重点组分别为78％；76％；73．47％。三组血压干预前后比较均有明显下降（P〈O．01）。结论：对社区高血压患者分组管理，进行中医药综合干预，可有效降低血压，改善临床症状。

Curative observation on sector management of TCM comprehensive intervention on hypertension

Objective： To give sector management of TCM comprehensive intervention on hypertension and evaluate the effects of the treatment. Methods： By random sampling method, patients with hypertension were selected from the improved group the stable group and the focus group, 50 cases in each group. Patients were given TCM education, auricular point pressing, Chinese medicine comprehensive intervention. The clinical symptoms and pressure changes before and after the intervention were observed and evaluated. Results： I.The total effective rate of clinical symptoms of comparison, the stable group, group of improvement, focus groups were respectively 80%; 82%; 79.59%. The three groups before and after intervention comparing symptom scores were obviously improved （P〈0.01）; II.The total effective rate of the stable group, the group of improvement and the focus groups were respectively 78%; 76%; 73.47%. The three groups before and after the intervention of blood pressure significantly decreased compared （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： For the patients with hypertension in community sector management, comprehensive intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine can reduce blood pressure and improve the clinical symptoms.
