天麻素注射液治疗小儿病毒性脑炎非颅内高压性头痛30例疗效分析

目的：观察天麻素注射液治疗病毒性脑炎非颅内高压性头痛的临床疗效。方法：将符合病毒性脑炎诊断标准的70例患儿分为治疗组和对照组，两组在抗病毒治疗的基础上，治疗组30例患儿给予天麻素注射液，对照组40例患儿服用尼莫地平，对比两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组痊愈、显效、无效分别为23、6、1例，对照组痊愈、显效、无效分别为4、26、10例。治疗组与对照组疗效差别有高度显著性，即治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论：天麻素注射液治疗病毒性脑炎非颅内高压性头痛临床疗效好，副作用小，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of viral encephalitis in children with non-intracranial hypertension headaches with the Tianma Su injection

Objective：To observe clinical effects of the Tianma Su injection on viral encephalitis in children with non-intracranial hypertension headaches. Methods： 70 children were divided into the treatment group and the control group, two groups were given anti-virus treatment, the treatment group （30 cases） was given the Tianma Su injection, while the control group was given nimodipine, clinical effects were compared. Results：In treatment group, 23 cases were cured, 6 cases were improved, 1 case was invalid, while in the control group, 4 cases were cured, 26 cases were improved, 10 cases were invalid, and the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of the Tianma Su injection was confirmed with fewer side effects, and worthy of clinical promotion.
