浅析中药调剂对临床疗效的干预作用

目的：旨在分析中药调剂对临床疗效的干预作用。方法：分析并整理中药调剂在临床中的作用及影响临床疗效的干预因素。结果：合理的中药调剂更利于用药安全、发挥中医疗效和促使患者形成良好用药理念；审方、称量、炮制及药物合包等均会影响药物疗效的发挥。结论：中药调剂中应严格审方、仔细称量、合理炮制与合包，以提升中药制剂的疗效，促进患者康复。

Analysis of the Intervention of Herbal Medicine Dispensing to Clinical Effects

Objective： To analyze the intervention of herbal medicine dispensing to clinical effects. Methods： We analyzed and sorted the clinical influences of herbal medicine dispensing and intervention factors to clinical effects. Results： Reasonable herbal medicine dispensing was more conducive for safe drug administration, achieving TCM effects and forging patients to form correct medicine-taking belief. And all formula examination, weighing, processing and drugs package could influence the drugs effect achieving. Conclusion： It requires serious formula examination, careful weighing, reasonable processing and package in herbal medicine dispensing to improve pharmacological actions of Chinese medicine pharmacy and promote recovery.
